Exporting Workshops

Once you have added stories and sketches to your workshop, you can export the content to a variety of formats.

Exporting Your Project

  1. Click the Menu button at the top right corner of the screen
  1. Click Export workshop
  1. Check the content you would like to export, and select the format: CSV, PDF, or DOCX

For DOCX files, we recommend viewing the content in Google Docs for best results.

Understanding Your Exports

Stories CSV exports will include the following columns:

The name of the workshop
Prompt
The label of the story prompt
Description
The contents of the story
Submitter
The name of the story submitter
Latitude
The latitude coordinate of the story
Latitude

Datetime Submitted (UTC)

Sketches CSV exports will include the following columns:

Footprint (sqft)
The total area of the site

The percentage area of the site for each land cover category (see link)
Land Use: [Category]
The percentage area of the site for each land use category (see link)
Land Ownership
A comma-delineated list of parcel owners (see link)
Coordinates
The latitude and longitude of the center point of the site
Census Tract
A comma-delineated list of census tracts overlapping the site (see link)
Disadvantaged Community?
Whether the site overlaps or is within a 1/3-mile walkshed of a CalEnviroScreen-designated Disadvantaged Community (see link)
Neighborhood
A comma-delineated list of neighborhoods overlapping the site (see link)
Municipality
A comma-delineated list of municipalities overlapping the site (see link)
Supervisorial District
A comma-delineated list of supervisorial districts overlapping the site (see link)
SCWP Watershed Area
A comma-delineated list of SCWP watershed areas overlapping the site (see link)
